2026 Alliance Ally Rally Email
(from April Clark, 7 May 2026)

Hello, Rally Attendee! Rally month has arrived! Below you will find some information regarding the National Rally. There may be some information that is repeated from past emails, but there are many new items, so please read carefully.

You will also receive daily email updates during the week of rally. These will be sent out through Staylist, our reservation system. The email address you provided in your reservation will be the email used for daily email blasts the week of rally. Due to the way the system is set up, only one email address can be used for each reservation.

  1. Rally Agendas: The rally agendas are now available! Please note that the first one is the overall events agenda and the second is the Owner Empowerment agenda. Be sure to keep scrolling for the Owner Empowerment series schedule. You can see both at THIS LINK. This is being provided to you now for planning purposes and is subject to change. At the Owners Welcome Reception you’ll receive an Event Book in your welcome folder that will have the agenda, along with emergency information, map, sponsors, and new this year, a Vendor Passport Rally Map that you can complete to earn more raffle tickets just by visiting the vendors and getting your book stamped!

Factory Tours: We will be offering 5 opportunities during Rally to do a factory tour. You will be responsible for getting to the main campus at 301 Benchmark Dr., Elkhart for your tour. We encourage you to carpool. Tour dates and times are the following:

Tuesday, May 26: 10:00am
Wednesday, May 27: 2:00pm
Thursday, May 28: 10:00am & 2:00pm
Friday, May 29: 10:00am

Please use THIS LINK to sign up for the tour you’d like to join. You will need to fill out a new form for each person in your party attending.

  1. Modification Open House: The Modification Open House form is now closed. The Modification Open House will happen on Friday, May 29 from 10:00am until 12:00pm. If you signed up to be a part of this event but have changed your mind, please reply to this email to let us know. If you submitted your Modification Open House form and plan to participate, you will receive a small sign to indicate you are a part of the open house in your Welcome Bag. Directions to follow.

  1. Leaving Rally Early?: If you plan to leave rally BEFORE Saturday, May 30, please be sure to let our Parking Team know upon your arrival. Our team will do their best to park you in a place that will allow you to leave when necessary.
  1. Arrivals: You will be entering the fairgrounds at Gate 7, where our parking team will meet you. Please remember that we are accepting arrivals between 8am and 6pm each day. Once we start losing daylight, our parking team may ask that you dry camp at the gate until the next day. Members of our parking team volunteer long hours and the safety of our attendees is their number one priority. If you would like directions to the fairgrounds and the gate you will be entering, please see question 18 on the FAQ page found HERE.

  1. Campfire Hosts: Whether this is your first National Rally or your 7th, you are welcome to join in some new fun this year! We will have Campfire Host signs at the information desk (in the Vendor Hall, where Rob and April will be located) for each camping area. If you would like to host a campfire one evening, please feel free to grab a sign for your area and post it near your unit where it’s visible from the road. This will encourage people to stop in and socialize. You can put up the sign at any time during the day, but Campfire Hosts will start after dinner and go until the sign is taken down by the host. Then simply return the sign to the Information Desk after breakfast in the morning. We would love for different people to host each night, but if you have already hosted and your area sign is still available after dinner, you are welcome to host again! You do not have to plan to provide anything other than a welcoming space for people to stop in and chat. Also, you are NOT limited to socializing in the area your unit is parked. Stop in at any site with a sign up. This is just a no pressure invitation to socialize. If you plan to look for a Campfire Host, you may want to bring a camping chair and drink of choice along.

  1. First Timers Orientation: Is this your first National Rally? You’re not alone! We have a large number of first timers attending this year and we want to make sure you feel prepared for the time we’re together. If at all possible, please plan to attend the First Timers Rally Orientation on Tuesday, May 26 at 2:00pm in the Event Hall. Bring a pen, your Event Book (found in your Welcome Bag), and your questions. We’ll do our best to get you ready for the fun-filled three days ahead!
  1. Rally Photos: As a reminder, photos will be taken by our Ally photographer, Lou, throughout the rally. He also posts all the email updates on his site. If you haven’t already, bookmark his site found HERE.

  1. Rally Video & Photo Notice: During the rally, photos and video may be captured by attendees, vendors, and the Alliance RV team for personal use and for future marketing and promotional purposes. By attending the event, you acknowledge that you may appear in these images or recordings. If you prefer not to be photographed, we recommend avoiding areas where active filming is taking place or letting our team know—we’ll do our best to accommodate where possible.
  1. Pump-Outs: Is you are in one of the following camping areas, you will not have sewer hookup: 4, 11, 12, 13, 14, and 15. If you have not done so already, you are welcome to purchase a pump-out medallion to be used during rally. If you purchase the medallion before rally, your pump-out medallion will be in your Welcome Bag. More directions and the purchasing form can be found HERE. Pump-Outs will also be sold at Rally until Thursday, May 28.

Cripe’s Septic will be pumping out units on the mornings of Tuesday, May 26; Thursday, May 28; and Friday, May 29. There are also free pump-out stations located at the fairgrounds that you are welcome to use on your way in or out.

  1. Rally Meals: Each rally attendee will be provided breakfast and dinner on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, as well as dinner at the Welcome Reception on Tuesday evening. Food Trucks will be available Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday for lunch purchases. A look at each day’s menu can be found HERE.
  1. Vendors & Services: If you have not visited the Rally Vendor Listing, please take a look directly here. There are many Rally Special Flyers to look at. Also, there is still time to pre-order parts and schedule services like, Rig Wash and Detail, Rig Weighing, Holding Tank Cleaning, Suspension Scheduled Maintenance like wheel bearing repack, etc.!
  2. Ally Crafters: Do you make a craft you’d like to have the opportunity to sell at the National Rally? We will be having an Ally Crafter Bazaar on Thursday, May 28 from 1:30PM until 4:00pm in the Vendor Hall. If you would like to participate, please complete the form found at THIS LINK by Friday, May 22. We will plan on having you participate. While we can’t guarantee a table will be provided, if you indicate you will NOT be bringing your own, we will do our best to have one available for you to use.

  1. Rally Pop-Up Online Merch Store: If you ordered merchandise from the online merch store, please plan to pick up your items in the Vendor Hall on Tuesday, May 26 between 4pm and 7pm at the Martin Marketing Merch booth, if possible.
